REVIEW EDITION / NAME & OPERATING TERMS PENDING / NO FUNDS ACCEPTED

02 / FIAT CAPITAL

Start with cleared funds.
Keep the route explicit.

A fiat-capital review begins with verifiable banked funds, ownership and authority. Whether the funds remain fiat or undergo conversion must be an explicit decision, not an assumption.

TWO DISTINCT BRANCHES

Funding is not conversion.
Conversion is not a return.

A fiat-only structure

If an approved transaction uses fiat throughout, the documents should identify the receiving account, permitted purpose, control arrangement, costs and return conditions. A verified account balance alone does not establish eligibility.

A fiat-to-digital-asset structure

If conversion is required and lawfully available, separately agree the provider, asset, network, rate or pricing method, fees, slippage parameters, recipient and credit confirmation. Funding in USD does not automatically promise distributions in USD.

BEFORE ANY WIRE

Know the destination.
Know the authority.

  • Verified account ownership and authorized signatories.
  • Source-of-funds and source-of-wealth evidence appropriate to the case.
  • Independently authenticated receiving instructions.
  • Named providers and a written description of their role.
  • Accepted fees, asset-control terms, cancellation and return process.
  • Separate accounting for principal, fees, costs and actual revenues.

THE NEXT STEP

Start with the asset.
Not the promise.

A short, non-sensitive inquiry is the starting point. Eligibility, counterparties and terms must be confirmed before any transaction.
