THE DISC PROCESS
A documented route.
At every decision.
A submission is the beginning of a review, not an approval. The proposed process separates asset verification, counterparty acceptance and execution.
- 01
Define the objective
Identify the asset category, jurisdiction, principal or authorized representative and proposed use. Start without sensitive attachments.
- 02
Review eligibility and evidence
Verify identity, authority, ownership, origin and restrictions through a controlled process. Incomplete or unsupported submissions may be declined.
- 03
Define the structure
Identify actual counterparties, permitted activity, fee basis, control and custody, material risks and return conditions. Obtain legal and provider review.
- 04
Accept terms before execution
Record client and counterparty acceptances, remaining conditions and authenticated instructions. Do not infer approval from a signed introductory agreement.
- 05
Execute and reconcile
Where a transaction is accepted, retain records of actual funding, conversion or settlement. Report capital, costs, actual attributable revenue and distributions separately.
QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Clarity before commitment.
Is monetization or participation guaranteed?
No. Eligibility, provider acceptance, funding, returns, liquidity and timing are not guaranteed. A reviewed submission can still be declined.
Is there one minimum or fee for every route?
No universal minimum or fee is published here. Asset type, jurisdiction, provider requirements and the actual structure determine transaction-specific terms.
Does fiat funding always become crypto?
No. Fiat-only and conversion routes are different. Any conversion requires explicit agreement on the provider, asset, network, pricing and control.
Will assets always stay in my control?
That cannot be assumed. Custody, transfer and restrictions depend on the documented route and must be understood before assets move.
Can I send records or connect a wallet here?
No. This site is not a KYC portal or a wallet service. Do not send statements, identity documents, account numbers, keys or credentials through the public inquiry.
Does DISC mean a guaranteed trading return?
No. DISC is the program framework name. Any proposed third-party activity needs its own verified operator, terms and risk review; the framework does not establish a return.
THE NEXT STEP
Start with the asset.
Not the promise.
A short, non-sensitive inquiry is the starting point. Eligibility, counterparties and terms must be confirmed before any transaction.
